Anchovy

Anchovies are tiny, very small saltwater fish characterized by a silver-colored longitudinal stripe from head to tail.

They can range from one inch to fifteen inches in length in adulthood.

They are found in all three oceans and the Mediterranean Sea and are among the largest capture fisheries in the world, Peru as the world’s top supplier.

Anchovies’ fat content is quite high and therefore tends to be presented cured.

They have a strong taste when cured, which works perfectly as an extra flavourful ingredient when paired.

Argentine Red Shrimp

(Pleoticus muelleri) know as Argentine Red Shrimp or Patagonian King Prawn are becoming commonplace in many people’s fridges due to the product’s quality.

Their distinct flavor originates from their natural habitat. Argentine Red Shrimp are caught in the icy cold, clean waters just off Argentina gives them a very delicate texture and a lovely sweet taste of the sea.

Atlantic Halibut

Atlantic Halibut, (Hippoglossus hippoglossus), is a flatfish of the family Pleuronectidae. A huge fish living on or near the sea’s sandy bottom habitually lies on its body’s left side with both eyes on the right side of its head.

Atlantic Halibut is a white fish low in calories and saturated fats:

Black Marlin, (Makaira Indica) is a highly migratory, large fish, that is found throughout the world’s tropical and temperate seas. The sleek streamline fish has a distinctive sword on its head.

It’s one of the fastest fish species.

Black Marlin is a bluefish and nutritionally stands out for:

Black Tiger Shrimp are named for their large size and striped tails and can reach a length of over a foot in some cases.
