Mayonnaise
Mayonnaise is a thick emulsified sauce made with egg yolks, salt, and vinegar, or lemon juice.
Mayonnaise is mostly oil incorporated into the egg yolks until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy.
It is one of the world’s most popular sauces.

Salmon
Salmon is a bluefish, hatching in rivers and move out to sea as they grow and mature after which the adult fish move upstream again to spawn.
Mainly fished in the cold waters of the northern hemisphere, and is noticeably developed in captivity in open waters.
Norway and Chile are the main developers, their cold and clean waters find unbeatable conditions for their development.
Salmon is also very versatile. Pink colored, compact, juicy, very tasty, and aromatic.
Salmon is one of the most nutritious foods:

European Lobster
European lobster, (Homarus Gammarus), is found in the Eastern North Atlantic from Norway south to Portugal. They live in crevices in the rocks as its habitat for shelter.
European lobster:
- Contain Omega-3 fatty acids.
- A great source of Selenium, copper and contains zinc and phosphorus.
- High in vitamin B-12 and vitamin E.
Lobsters are now seen as a delicacy. Typically prepared by boiling or steaming. Should include this lean, delicious seafood in your diet.

Tilapia
Tilapia (Oreochromis spp) is mainly a freshwater white fish. The fish has been introduced throughout the world however China is by far the largest producer.
Tilapia has a mild taste and is easy to cook and prepare and can be paired with a variety of sauces or marinades.
A white fish with qualities such as:
- Tilapia is a pretty impressive source of protein.
- Even more impressive is the amounts of vitamins and minerals. Rich in niacin, vitamin B12, phosphorus, selenium, and potassium.
- A lean source of protein.
- Omega-3 fatty acids.
Tilapia has firm-fleshed white meat that allows it to be presented in clean and boneless fillets.

European Sea Bass
European Sea Bass, (Dicentrarchus labrax), is native to Europe’s western and southern waters and Africa’s northern coast.
It is one type of fish to be farmed commercially in Europe, especially in the Mediterranean.
European Sea Bass is:
- Rich in vitamins of group B (B1, B2, B3, and B12).
- Packed with proteins.
- High in Omega-3 fatty acids.
- It has minerals such as potassium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, zinc, and sodium.
It is a very popular fish in Europe.

Swai
Swai, scientific name (Pangasius hypophthalmus), is a freshwater species that feed on other fish, crustaceans, and plants.
Native to the Mekong basins, Chao Phraya, and other rivers of Vietnam, in South and Southeast Asia, Swai is an aquaculture fish.
Swai is a white-flesh fish, with a sweet, mild, taste and light flaky texture and stands out for the following characteristics:
- Low-fat content.
- Contains Omega 3 fatty acids.
- Rich in protein.
- Contains B group vitamins.
- Rich in minerals such as phosphorus, calcium, and iron.
