Mahi-Mahi, scientific name, “Coryphaena hippurus,” is found worldwide in the tropics and subtropic waters of the Atlantic, Pacific, and Indian Oceans.
Mahi-Mahi comes from the Hawaiian language and means “very strong,” referring to how difficult it is to capture an adult specimen.
A white meat fish that stands out for:
