Fresh garlic

Garlic grows in many parts of the world. It is a popular ingredient in cooking due to its intense aroma and delicious flavor.

Fuet

Fuet is a cured sausage made mainly from minced and seasoned pork.

Like a small “salchichón,” it is a long but not very thick piece, which makes it possible to shorten its curing process.

Grana Padano Cheese

The Cistercian monks created Grana Padano Cheese in the 12th Century and are still today made throughout the Po River Valley in Italy, where it originated. Made from unpasteurized cow’s milk and generally aged for two years.

Grana means grainy in Italian, which is reflected in the fine granular texture of the cheese.

It has an intensely sweet flavor. When Grana Padano cheese ages, the flavor becomes more pronounced, even more, savory and more complex, and the cheese’s texture becomes more crumbly.

Grana Padano cheese:

Iberian Cured Ham

Jamón or Cured Ham is a benchmark in Spanish cuisine. It’s a kind of dry-cured Ham produced in Spain obtained from salting and drying the pig’s hind legs.
