Tarragon Vinegar

The origin of vinegar, which has been part of our diet since immemorial times, is linked to wine since it comes from the alcoholic fermentation of its sugars.

Vinegar, especially mild-tasting ones, can be flavored using different spices, aromatic herbs, or fruits. Among the multitude of available options, tarragon vinegar is one of the best known and used as its part of many dishes, especially within French cuisine.

This dressing has important health benefits. It is rich in mineral salts, such as potassium, zinc, iron, calcium, sodium, magnesium, and enzymes.

Vinegar, apart from being a good condiment, can be used in the conservation of food since it reduces the microbial load of them.

Vima Tarragon white wine vinegar is a product of Spanish origin. It is obtained through the fermentation of white wine, adding a few sprigs of tarragon that give a slight aniseed flavor and aroma typical of this plant. This variety of vinegar, in addition to accompanying our salads, is ideal as a dressing of fish, vegetables and legumes, and is used as an ingredient of béarnaise sauces, tartar and tarragon sauce.

Its caloric contribution is practically zero so its addition to the dishes, even in large quantity, does not vary the caloric content of the food.

Vima Tarragon vinegar is packaged in a glass jar to preserve all its qualities to the maximum.
