Ingredients

  • 6 portions Vima Foods® Swai Fillets
  • 1 cup GOYA® Fine Yellow Corn Meal 
  • 3 tbsp GOYA® Sazon with Coriander & Annatto
  • 3 tbsp GOYA® Recaito 
  • 16 oz GOYA® Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup GOYA® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Salt

Instructions

  • Thaw the Vima Foods® Swai Fillets in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
  • Cut it into portion-sized pieces, pat dry with paper to remove excess moisture, season, coat with flour, and fry in hot olive oil. Set aside.
  • Mix the Recaito and tomato sauce in a pan, then bring to the plate with the hot fish.

Notes

You can add spice according to taste and substitute the Swai Fillets with another white fish such as Vima Foods® Tilapia Fillets.
