Ingredients
- 6 portions Vima Foods® Swai Fillets
- 1 cup GOYA® Fine Yellow Corn Meal
- 3 tbsp GOYA® Sazon with Coriander & Annatto
- 3 tbsp GOYA® Recaito
- 16 oz GOYA® Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup GOYA® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Salt
Instructions
- Thaw the Vima Foods® Swai Fillets in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
- Cut it into portion-sized pieces, pat dry with paper to remove excess moisture, season, coat with flour, and fry in hot olive oil. Set aside.
- Mix the Recaito and tomato sauce in a pan, then bring to the plate with the hot fish.
Notes
You can add spice according to taste and substitute the Swai Fillets with another white fish such as Vima Foods® Tilapia Fillets.
