Instructions
Thaw the Vima Foods® Swai Fillets in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
Cut it into portion-sized pieces, pat dry with paper to remove excess moisture, season, coat with flour, and fry in hot olive oil. Set aside.
Mix the Recaito and tomato sauce in a pan, then bring to the plate with the hot fish.

You can add spice according to taste and substitute the Swai Fillets with another white fish such as
