Hash Brown Potato

The Queen Scallop (Aequipecten opercularis), is a bivalve mollusk. Native to the northeastern Atlantic Ocean. Small in size with a very thin and brittle shell.
They can be found on beds of sand and gravel. The edible part of the Quen Scallop is the white muscle that opens and closes the two shells. The reproductive glands are known as “coral” are also edible, although not widely consumed in the U.S.

Cuttlefish
Cuttlefish is a cephalopod, a marine mollusk with a unique internal calcified shell commonly known as a cuttlebone, related to squid and octopus. They have eight arms and two tentacles.
They eat small crabs, shrimps, and some types of fish. Mostly shallow-water animals, although they can go to great depths, found in tropical and temperate coastal waters.
Man uses cuttlefish as a source of food, a source of black ink, and we use the cuttlebone, as a dietary supplement providing calcium for cage birds.
Health benefits of cuttlefish:

Edamame
Edamame is a plant of the family (Fabaceae). The edible parts are the immature soybeans that are collected in their pods. It has its origins in East Asia but is gaining popularity in Western Countries, where it is typically eaten as a snack.
