The croissant originated in Austria. During the 20th century, its consumption spreads to many countries in the world, evolving into numerous variants with different names. In France, they developed a buttery, flaky version and made it “theirs,” thus adding their nationality to the name of the product.

Nowadays it is such a popular product, and are a standard part of a continental breakfast in large hotels, restaurants, or cafes, snack or dinner.

Vima croissant is made from a thin and crispy pastry, from a superior quality croissant dough. One of its main advantages is that pre-fermentation is not necessary.

With 30 minutes defrost time and between 13-16 minutes of baking at a temperature of 180ºC, they will be ready to serve and enjoy.
