In the middle of the 19th century, in a region of Germany, the Frankfurt area, meat sausages as a Frankfurt specialty sausage appeared, and they have the name in honor of their city. They were culturally imported from Germany and became popular in the United States, where the “hot dog” became ubiquitous throughout the US.

Iberian Cured Salami Sausage
Salchichón Ibérico or Iberian Cured Salami Sausage is a product made from minced Iberian pork meat seasoned with garlic, salt, pepper, coriander, nutmeg, oregano, and a few other spices.
It undergoes a curing process of no less than three months. Intense in flavor with a firm and compact consistency with red and pink color when sliced.
