Iberian Cured Ham

Jamón or Cured Ham is a benchmark in Spanish cuisine. It’s a kind of dry-cured Ham produced in Spain obtained from salting and drying the pig’s hind legs.

Greatly prized as a gourmet food both in Spain and around the world. Eaten regularly in most Spanish households and restaurants.

Cured Ham is rich in iron, zinc, magnesium, selenium, and calcium and provides a good vitamin B, D, and E.

As the name suggests, Iberian Cured Ham is made only from the Iberian Pig, and breeding is restricted to an area in Southwestern Spain.

These pigs roam the countryside and feed on acorns.

The curing process for the Iberian Cured Ham is much longer than regular Cured Ham lasting from 14 to 36 months.

Vima Iberian Cured Ham is made with top-quality Iberian pigs raised in the countryside under strict regulatory measures. It is a product of Spain.
