Mackerel
Mackerel, also known as Atlantic Mackerel (Scomber scombrus), is a small oily bluefish found in abundance on both sides of the North Atlantic Ocean.
The skin is thin and very smooth, with very tiny scales. The Mackerel’s defining characteristic is its brilliant greenish-blue and silver iridescent color. The meat is brownish, but when cooked is cream colored with a lovely strong flavor.
They are:

Monkfish
Monkfish (Lophius spp) can be found in the Atlantic Ocean and in the Pacific Ocean.
The Monkfish is a large, deep-sea fish, with an enormous head that is mostly mouth and has sharp teeth. It is considered as one of the ugliest fish in the sea.

Kingfish
Kingfish or King Mackerel (Scomberomorus cavalla) is iron-grey on the back and silvery on their sides and belly. They grow very fast and can grow up to 100 pounds and live for over 20 years.
Primarily found in the Atlantic Ocean, the Caribbean, and the Gulf of Mexico, but they are highly migratory.
Kingfish are:

Swai
Swai, scientific name (Pangasius hypophthalmus), is a freshwater species that feed on other fish, crustaceans, and plants.
Native to the Mekong basins, Chao Phraya, and other rivers of Vietnam, in South and Southeast Asia, Swai is an aquaculture fish.
Swai is a white-flesh fish, with a sweet, mild, taste and light flaky texture and stands out for the following characteristics:
- Low-fat content.
- Contains Omega 3 fatty acids.
- Rich in protein.
- Contains B group vitamins.
- Rich in minerals such as phosphorus, calcium, and iron.

Horse Mackerel
Horse Mackerel (Trachurus Murphyi), can be found in the South Pacific and Southwestern Atlantic, especially off Peru and Chile.
The meat is firm, and thanks to a high-fat content, well-flavored:
- An excellent source of vitamins A, D, and B12.
- High content of Omega-3 fatty acids.
- Rich in proteins.
- It contains minerals such as iron, magnesium, iodine, and potassium.
It is a well-known fish because delicious recipes and typical dishes are prepared in many cities, especially in Spain.

Black Marlin, (Makaira Indica) is a highly migratory, large fish, that is found throughout the world’s tropical and temperate seas. The sleek streamline fish has a distinctive sword on its head.
It’s one of the fastest fish species.
Black Marlin is a bluefish and nutritionally stands out for:
