Ingredients
- 1 lb Vima Foods® Raw Shrimp (about 1 bag)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp GOYA® Sazon Natural & Complete
- 1/3 cup GOYA® White Cooking Wine
- 2 tbsp GOYA® Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Herbs
Instructions
- Thaw the Vima Foods® Raw Shrimp in the refrigerator for 6 hours or put them inside a bowl full of cold water for 30 minutes.
- Peel the shrimp, removing the intestines with the help of a fine knife.
- Season the shrimp. In a hot skillet, add butter, followed by the shrimp and the rest of the ingredients.
- Cook on high heat and finally add the fresh herbs. Serve piping hot with some fries cooked in rosemary and black pepper butter.

You can serve it with white rice.
