Ingredients
- 1 lb Vima Foods® Wild Pink Salmon (4 portions)
- 2 tbsp GOYA® Sazon Garlic & Onion
- 1/2 cup GOYA® Mojo Piña Marinade
- 1 cup Soy Sauce
- 15.8 oz Vima Foods® Green Asparagus (about 1 bag)
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Salt
Instructions
- Thaw the Vima Foods® Wild Pink Salmon in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
- Pat dry with absorbent paper to remove excess moisture.
- Marinate with all the ingredients, let it rest for 15 minutes, then place it in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes.
Notes
You can serve it with some grilled Vima Foods® Green Asparragus.
