Queen Scallop
The Queen Scallop (Aequipecten opercularis), is a bivalve mollusk. Native to the northeastern Atlantic Ocean. Small in size with a very thin and brittle shell.
They can be found on beds of sand and gravel. The edible part of the Quen Scallop is the white muscle that opens and closes the two shells. The reproductive glands are known as “coral” are also edible, although not widely consumed in the U.S.
They are:
- An excellent source of vitamin B12.
- A good source of minerals, such as magnesium and potassium.
- Contain omega-3 fatty acids.

Tilapia
Tilapia (Oreochromis spp) is mainly a freshwater white fish. The fish has been introduced throughout the world however China is by far the largest producer.
Tilapia has a mild taste and is easy to cook and prepare and can be paired with a variety of sauces or marinades.

Swai
Swai, scientific name (Pangasius hypophthalmus), is a freshwater species that feed on other fish, crustaceans, and plants.
Native to the Mekong basins, Chao Phraya, and other rivers of Vietnam, in South and Southeast Asia, Swai is an aquaculture fish.
Swai is a white-flesh fish, with a sweet, mild, taste and light flaky texture and stands out for the following characteristics:
- Low-fat content.
- Contains Omega 3 fatty acids.
- Rich in protein.
- Contains B group vitamins.
- Rich in minerals such as phosphorus, calcium, and iron.

Scampi
Scampi, Nephrops norvegicus, is a very popular European Lobster that is fished seasonally in spring and summer from Iceland to Western Norway and in the Mediterranean Sea.
Scampi is:

European Lobster
European lobster, (Homarus Gammarus), is found in the Eastern North Atlantic from Norway south to Portugal. They live in crevices in the rocks as its habitat for shelter.
European lobster:
