Thaw the Vima Foods® Tilapia Fillets in the refrigerator for 6 hours and drain well.
Boil in water for 3 minutes, then set aside and crumble completely.
Finely chop the cabbage and cook it in boiled water for 2 minutes, then drain.
Chop the carrots, sauté them with the cabbage for a few minutes, add the crumbled fish, and cook with the coconut cream until it thickens well. Season to taste.
Mix the GOYA® Masarepa - Pre-Cooked White Corn Meal with the milk and salt, and form arepas about 5 cm in diameter.
Cook them in a skillet with a little oil and split them in half.
Fill them with the hot mixture and cold slices of avocado and serve.
