Thaw the Vima Foods® Tuna Steaks in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
Wash and cut the tops off the peppers, then set them aside.
Cut the tuna into approximately 1 cm cubes, sauté with oil and seasoning, add the tomato sauce, and cook for about 10 minutes on low heat.
Fill the peppers and top with grated cheese, then bake in the air fryer for 15 minutes until they are cooked and gratinated. Serve them hot.
