The sardines (Sardina pilchardus) in olive oil Vima Selection have been caught at dawn, using artisanal methods, in the rich and fresh waters of Rianxo (Galicia – Spain), and immediately thereafter, carefully prepared with the utmost freshness.
These sardines are hand-cut and decapitated, steamed, and packed in specially selected olive oil. Each can contains between 10 and 14 pieces.
The time elapsed between the catch and the preservation is minimal, resulting in a flavorful product with a silver and shiny appearance, and a soft and juicy texture that guarantees an unparalleled gastronomic experience.
