The sardine, (Sardina pilchardus)It is a blue fish from warm, salty waters, and is found in abundance far from the coast.

It is one of the most appreciated fish because it is one of the most complete foods due to its magnificent nutritional properties:

  • Mineral content such as calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, iodine, potassium and selenium.
  • Contribution of vitamins such as A, D, E and GROUP B (B1, B2, B3, B9 and B12).
  • High protein content.
