DESCRIPTION

The carite or king mackerel, (Comberomorus cavalla), is a steel-gray fish with a silvery color on its back and belly. They grow quickly and can weigh up to 100 pounds and live for more than 20 years. They live primarily in the Atlantic Ocean, the Caribbean, and the Gulf of Mexico, although they are highly migratory.

Carite is a fish:
