DESCRIPTION
The origin of vinegar, which has been part of our diet since time immemorial, is linked to that of wine since it comes from the alcoholic fermentation of its sugars.
Vinegar, especially those with a mild flavor, can be flavored using different spices, aromatic herbs or fruits. Among the multitude of options available, tarragon vinegar is one of the best known and used as it is part of many recipes, especially all within French cuisine.
This dressing has important benefits for our health since it is rich in mineral salts, such as potassium, zinc, iron, calcium, sodium and magnesium, as well as enzymes.
Vinegar, in addition to being a good condiment, can be used in food preservation since it reduces the microbial load present in it.
Vima tarragon wine vinegar is a product of Spanish origin. It is obtained by fermenting white wine and adding a few sprigs of tarragon that give it a slightly aniseed flavor and aroma typical of this plant. This variety of vinegar, in addition to accompanying our salads, is ideal as a dressing for fish, vegetables and legumes and is used as an ingredient in béarnaise, tartar and tarragon sauces.
Its caloric content is practically zero, so adding it to dishes, even in large quantities, does not change the caloric content of the food.
This vinegar is packaged in a glass jar in order to preserve its qualities as much as possible.
