Vinegar has been part of our diet since time immemorial, its origin is linked to that of wine since it is obtained through the alcoholic fermentation of its sugars.

Balsamic vinegar has its origin in Italy, specifically in Modena. Unlike other vinegars, white and red wine musts are used for its production, which are matured in wooden barrels for several years.

This dressing has important benefits for our health, it is rich in mineral salts, such as potassium, zinc, iron, calcium, sodium and magnesium, as well as enzymes.

Vinegar, in addition to being a good condiment, can be used in food preservation since it reduces the microbial load present in it.

Vima balsamic vinegar is made in Spain and, its intense and slightly sweet flavor, is perfect for dressing salads or preparing vinaigrettes; It delicately flavors meats, fish and vegetables and enhances the flavor of salads or sauces made with fruits.

This vinegar is packaged in a glass jar in order to preserve its qualities as much as possible. It is a product suitable for vegan and celiac diets.
