Put the frozen kiwi in a small mixer or blender; rand set aside largest kiwi slices.
Add the sugar, lemon juice, and peppermint. Keep beating the mixture.
Add the powdered milk and the cream towards the end while still beating the mixture.
Put the kiwi slices set aside before in the ice cream molds and proceed to fill with the mixture.
Leave in the freezer for at least 2 hours until ready.
