Ingredients

  • 1 kg frozen kiwi Vima
  • 250 g white sugar
  • 1 cup liquid cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered milk
  • 1 tbsp lime juice and grated lime zest
  • 2 tbsp peppermint

Instructions

Preparación

  • Put the frozen kiwi in a small mixer or blender; rand set aside largest kiwi slices.
  • Add the sugar, lemon juice, and peppermint. Keep beating the mixture.
  • Add the powdered milk and the cream towards the end while still beating the mixture.
  • Put the kiwi slices set aside before in the ice cream molds and proceed to fill with the mixture.
  • Leave in the freezer for at least 2 hours until ready.
