Vima<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n        <div class=\"divider\"><p class=\"title\">Elaboraci\u00f3n paso apaso<\/p><span class=\"line\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/div>\n        <p class=\"sub-title\">Para el pur\u00e9 de patatas<\/p>\n        <ul class=\"list_recipe\">\n            <li>Vierta en un cazo la leche, sal, pimienta blanca y p\u00f3ngalo al fuego. Antes de hervir apague el fuego y a\u00f1ada los copos de pur\u00e9 de patata moviendo en\u00e9rgicamente hasta conseguir un pur\u00e9 espeso.<\/li>\n            <li>A\u00f1adir fuera del fuego la mantequilla en trocitos y el queso parmesano rallado y mezclar sin parar de batir hasta su total incorporaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n            <li>Por \u00faltimo agregar la harina y mezclar bien, dejar reposar 30 minutos.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n        <p class=\"sub-title\">Para el relleno<\/p>\n        <ul class=\"list_recipe\">\n            <li>En una olla, ponga la pechuga a cocer en agua y sal, una vez cocida enfriar y picar bien fina.<\/li>\n            <li>Ralle la cebolla y la coliflor con ayuda de un procesador, a\u00f1ada entonces el perejil fresco y ajo bien picados.<\/li>\n            <li>Corte en l\u00e1minas finas las setas.<\/li>\n            <li>En cazuela con el aceite de oliva bien caliente, a\u00f1adir y rehogar en el siguiente orden, cebolla, coliflor, setas, pechuga hervida, ajo y perejil, y por \u00faltimo a\u00f1adirle la nata fresca cocinando por 5 minutos. Sazonar y dejar reposar.<\/li>\n        <\/ul>\n        <div class=\"divider\"><p class=\"title\">para rellenar los zrazy<\/p><span class=\"line\">&nbsp; <\/span><\/div>\n        <ul class=\"list_recipe\">\n            <li>Hacer, untando las manos con un poco de aceite, unas bolas de pur\u00e9, y rellenar con la mezcla de pollo y verduras dejando espacio para poder cerrar quedando unos discos de 5 cent\u00edmetros de di\u00e1metro, dej\u00e1ndolos en superficie engrasada o papel encerado para que no se peguen.<\/li>\n            <li>Una vez tengamos todos y del tama\u00f1o deseado, fre\u00edr en aceite bien caliente por las dos caras. Deben quedar dorados pero sin sumergirlos en grasa.<\/li>\n            <li>Listos para degustar con salsa al gusto, podemos servirla con una mayonesa de finas hiervas o jengibre, que es ideal para el
