Scampi
Scampi, Nephrops norvegicus, is a very popular European Lobster that is fished seasonally in spring and summer from Iceland to Western Norway and in the Mediterranean Sea.
Scampi is:

Argentine Red Shrimp
(Pleoticus muelleri) know as Argentine Red Shrimp or Patagonian King Prawn are becoming commonplace in many people’s fridges due to the product’s quality.
Their distinct flavor originates from their natural habitat. Argentine Red Shrimp are caught in the icy cold, clean waters just off Argentina gives them a very delicate texture and a lovely sweet taste of the sea.

Octopus is a cephalopod with eight arms, not tentacles, lined with suction cups. They have almost entirely soft bodies with no internal skeleton. They are found in tropical, subtropical, and temperate waters around the world.
Highly intelligent, sharp eyesight, an outstanding sense of touch, and have built-in defense mechanisms.

Cocktail Sauce
Cocktail sauce is a cold sauce originating in the United Kingdom. This recipe is made by combining mayonnaise with other components such as tomato or brandy added to give it its characteristic pink color and distinctive aroma.

Teriyaki Sauce
Teriyaki is a Japanese cooking technique that grills or broils foods by using a glaze of ingredients like soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar. Teriyaki Sauce is generally a sweet sauce, although, in some recipes, it can be found to be spicy.
In Japan, Teriyaki Sauce has traditionally used to flavor grilled seafood, but it can be used to prepare beef or chicken and also used as a dipping sauce.

Raw Shrimp
White shrimp, as it is most commonly known, or (Litopenaeus vannamei) is the most successful aquaculture shrimp of all farm-raised shrimp. In 1996, commercial production began in Asia, and especially in China and India.
The U.S. is the largest consuming market, followed by Japan and Europe.
Raw shrimp present a variety of colors but turn a familiar and pleasing orange/red when cooked.
