Salted Atlantic Cod

Atlantic Cod (Gadus morhua) is a large, deep-water, whitefish with beautifully thick and meaty fillets. Low in fat with a mild taste. The meat flakes easily when cooked.

Norway, Russia, and Iceland represent over three-quarters of Atlantic Cod production in the world. Salted Atlantic Cod has been preserved by drying after being salted or cured.
