Mustard is a thick, slightly spicy sauce made from the seeds of the mustard plant.
It’s made by mixing the mustard seeds with honey, vinegar, and spices. It’s one of Europe’s oldest condiments.

European Sea Bass
European Sea Bass, (Dicentrarchus labrax), is native to Europe’s western and southern waters and Africa’s northern coast.
It is one type of fish to be farmed commercially in Europe, especially in the Mediterranean.
European Sea Bass is:

Barramundi
Barramundi (Lates calcarifer) frequently referred to as Asian sea bass, native to Southeast Asia, and Northeast Australia. Barramundi spawn in the sea and often enter rivers before returning to the sea to spawn. It has successfully developed in aquaculture.
Interestingly, virtually all barramundi begin life as males and change to females later in life between six and eight years of age.
It is a very nutritious fish, ideal for a healthy and balanced diet.
Among its qualities:
- Low in calories and fats.
- High in lean protein.
- Packed with Omega-3 fatty acids known to promote both brain and cardiovascular health but also low in Omega-6, which is something you want to consume in moderation.

Salmon
Salmon is a bluefish, hatching in rivers and move out to sea as they grow and mature after which the adult fish move upstream again to spawn.
Mainly fished in the cold waters of the northern hemisphere, and is noticeably developed in captivity in open waters.
Norway and Chile are the main developers, their cold and clean waters find unbeatable conditions for their development.
Salmon is also very versatile. Pink colored, compact, juicy, very tasty, and aromatic.
Salmon is one of the most nutritious foods:
- High content in proteins and Omega-3 fatty acids, which help lower cholesterol and triglyceride level in our organism.
- Rich in Vitamins A, D, B12, and riboflavin and antioxidants, which may reduce the risk of heart disease.
Atlantic Salmon is the only salmon species whose natural home is in the waters of the Atlantic Ocean, as all other natural salmon species are native to the Pacific Ocean.

Atlantic Cod
Atlantic cod, (Gadus morhua) is fished in the North Atlantic, specifically in North America, southern Greenland, Ireland, and the European coast.
Atlantic cod, is a white fish that stands out for:

Carabinero Shrimp
Carabinero Shrimp or Scarlet Shrimp, (Plesiopenaeus spp), is a large, deep-sea crustacean that’s native from the Eastern Atlantic to the Mediterranean Sea. They are renowned for the jumbo size and very striking bright red color.
Carabinero Shrimp are:
- Rich source of protein.
- High in Omega-3 fatty acids.
- It contains several minerals and vitamins.
Vima Carabinero Shrimp are presented raw.
Their distinct red color does not change when cooked. They are more robust in flavor to most other shrimp and are also coveted for their larger size.
