Monkfish
Monkfish (Lophius spp) can be found in the Atlantic Ocean and in the Pacific Ocean.
The Monkfish is a large, deep-sea fish, with an enormous head that is mostly mouth and has sharp teeth. It is considered as one of the ugliest fish in the sea.
Fairly fast-growing, bottom-dwelling fish that reach maturity in about three to four years.
Monkfish is a good source of:

Horse Mackerel
Horse Mackerel (Trachurus Murphyi), can be found in the South Pacific and Southwestern Atlantic, especially off Peru and Chile.

Tilapia
Tilapia (Oreochromis spp) is mainly a freshwater white fish. The fish has been introduced throughout the world however China is by far the largest producer.
Tilapia has a mild taste and is easy to cook and prepare and can be paired with a variety of sauces or marinades.

Gilt-head Seabream
The Gilt-head Seabream (Sparus aurata) called “Dorada” in Spain can be found in the Mediterranean Sea and the North Atlantic Ocean’s eastern coastal regions.
Typically found in shallow waters and feeds mainly on shellfish and other small fish.
Gilt-head Seabream has become an important aquaculture species, particularly in the Mediterranean area.
Low in saturated fats, it’s a healthy and delicious seafood choice:
