Galician Bread

Bread is a key staple in most countries’ diets and provides many of the nutrients required for healthy development and good health.

Usually made from wheat-flour dough that is cultured with yeast and then baked in the oven once it has risen.

In general, bread contains fiber, is high in calcium, and can be particularly high in vitamin B.

Galician Bread is produced by hand in Spain following a traditional recipe using primarily wheat flour, water, and salt. Crispy crust on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside.

Vima Galician Bread is made by hand in Galicia, Spain, using top-quality ingredients. Three different presentations are available.
