Brussels sprouts are a fresh climate seasonal vegetable of the family Brassicaceae. The edible buds, the sprouts themselves, grow on a long and thick stalk and look like miniature cabbages.
It has been suggested that they were first cultivated near Brussels, Belgium, hence the name.

Cauliflower is a plant of the Brassica family, it’s a seasonal vegetable from fresh climates. The edible part is the stem and the inflorescence (before flowering).
Its origin is in the Middle East and now it’s a vegetable grown around the world.

Fresh garlic
Garlic is a plant of the Amaryllidaceae family, typical of winter. The edible part is the bulb, which is made up of segments called cloves.
Garlic grows in many parts of the world. It is a popular ingredient in cooking due to its intense aroma and delicious flavor.
Garlic is highly nutritious and has, among other properties:

- Contains vitamins: C, B6, B2, and B3.

Baby Carrots
Carrots are a plant of the family (Umbelliferae). A root vegetable. Roots are the edible part.
They can be found in many colors, including yellow, white, orange, red, and purple. Orange carrots get their bright color from beta carotene.

Green Beans
The bean is a plant of the Fabaceae family, the edible parts are the seeds (fresh and dried) and the pods if the seeds are not yet mature. It came from Central America and it was first introduced in Spain by the colonists, from where it spread to other countries since the 16th Century.
The nutrients they provide are:
