Brava sauce

Salsa brava is of Spanish origin, most likely though to have come from Madrid, and is known for accompanying one of the most popular tapas in Spanish cuisine; Patatas Bravas.

Being a popular and traditional preparation, it pairs with several recipes, but in all of them, the spicy flavor that gives rise to its name stands out.

Thanks to its ingredients, salsa Brava provides an ample amount of antioxidants and is low in fat.

Vima Salsa Brava is made in Spain with a vinegar and tomato base. It is ideal for preparing traditional Patatas Bravas, but it can also accompany Spanish pork skewers, fried eggs, pasta, etc.

Vima Salsa Brava is gluten-free and is marketed in a practical PET format.
