Balsamic Vinegar

The origin of vinegar, which has been part of our diet since immemorial times, is linked to wine since it comes from the alcoholic fermentation of its sugars.

Balsamic vinegar has its origins in Italy, specifically in Modena. Unlike other kinds of vinegar, white and red wine musts are used for production and matured in wooden barrels for which it takes several years.

This dressing has important health benefits It is rich in mineral salts, such as potassium, zinc, iron, calcium, sodium, magnesium, and enzymes.

Vinegar, apart from being a good condiment, can be used in the conservation of food since it reduces the microbial load of them.
